you can try fxotxgain/fxorxgain/fxstxgain/fxsrxgain module param when loadind opvxa1200.ko.

As I search at OpenVox forum, Trixbox don't have this file, I must install it manually. Is there any software prepare this file ? Maybe Elastix or PABX in Flash ?

there are many Distro asterisk ISO, they have installed with ouropvxa1200.ko, you can take a loot at elastix. trixobx, PBXF, easyasterisk. yes, elastix has supported opvxa1200.ko, please check with elastix for more info.
